National Grid

Have made several changes to their Group Executive Committee.

Cordi O’Hara has been appointed as President, UK, responsible for both the Electricity Distribution and Transmission businesses. O’Hara has most recently been President, National Grid Electricity Distribution.

Sally Librera has been appointed as President, US on an interim basis. Librera moves internally from her position as President, National Grid New York.

Carl Trowell has been appointed as President of Global Capital. Trowell moves internally from his position as President, UK Strategic Infrastructure.

Finally, Alice Delahunty has been appointed as Chief Technology and Innovation Officer. Delahunty moves internally from her position as President of Electricity Transmission.

Inland Rail

Sean Sweeney has joined as Chief Executive Officer. Sweeney joins the freight rail project from Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII), where he was Metrolink Program Director.

AtkinsRéalis

Justin Norman joins as Managing Director, Transportation in the UK & Ireland. Noman was appointed Interim Managing Director of Transportation in April 2026, having previously served as Nuclear and International Growth Director for the UK and Ireland.

AtkinsRéalis have alsopointed Steve Vincent as Global Market Lead – Power. Vincent joins from Jacobs, where he was Energy and Power Global Delivery Leader.

Balfour Beatty plc

Have appointed Peter Webb as Alliance Director for the Central Rail Systems Alliance (CRSA). Webb has been in the role on an interim basis since May.

WSP Canada

Have appointed Corina Moore as Canda’s new Chief Growth Officer. Moore moves internally from her position as Executive Vice President, Transportation & Infrastructure.

Succeeding Moore is David Sauvé. Sauvé joins from Stantec, where he was Transportation Business Leader – North America.

Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water

Have announced the appointment of Kaye Maguire as Chief People and Governance Officer. Maguire joins from Michael Page plc, where she is currently General Counsel & Company Secretary.

They have also announced the appointment of Christian Irwin OBE as Chief Assets Officer. Irwin will join the role in January from Network Rail, where he is currently Capital Delivery Director (North West and Central).

Arup

Have appointed John Ammentorp as Head of Global Energy. Ammentorp joins from Ramboll, where he was Global Service Line Director, Industry and Infrastructure (Energy and Transport).

In the UKIMEA Water business, Alastair Chisholm has been appointed as Policy, Regulation and Governance Lead within the Strategic Services for Water Strategy and Insights team. Chisholm joins from The Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM), where he was Director of Policy.

They have also appointed Matt Walker as UKIMEA Water Business Growth Director for Water Utilities. Walker joins from AtkinsRéalis, where he was Client Director.

BAM UK & Ireland

Have announced the appointment of Mike King as Regional Director for Scotland. King leaves Robertson Group, where he is currently Executive Technical Services Director.

EDF UK

Clare Sharpe has been appointed as Nuclear Decommissioning Director. Sharpe moves internally from her position as Transfer and Deconstruction Director.

Turner & Townsend

Following Steve Hudson’s appointment as Director of Infrastructure, UK in June, T&T have made several changes to their senior leadership team:

Chris Enoch has been appointed National Service Director, UK for Programme Management. He joins from Bechtel, where he was recently Global Rail Sector Lead

Ray Riley has been appointed as Director, UK, joining from Amentum, where he was Programme Director.

Mark England has been appointed as Major Programme Director, UK. England joins from Mace, where he was Operations Director – Programme Management.

Finally, Craig Taylor has been appointed as Sector Director, UK, Conventional and Low Carbon Energy. Taylor joins from Rider Hunt International Business (rhi), where he was Global Managing Director.

Wates Group

Have announced the appointment of Roger Forsdyke as Operations Director for the UK at Wates Construction. Forsdyke joins from Willmott Dixon Interiors, where he was Chief Operating Officer for the interiors business.

Keolis Group

Tom Joyner has been appointed as Managing Director (Mobilisation). Joyner joins the role having held numerous positions in the rail sector, including most recently as Interim CEO at Etihad Rail Operating Companies.

South East Water

Have appointed Katy Ringsdore as Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. Ringsdore joins from Pennon Group Plc, where she was Group Director, External Relations.

They have also appointed Kerri Ricketts as Customer Services Director. Ricketts joins from Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR), where she was Customer Excellence Director (Interim).

Highspeed Rail Group (HSRG)

Have announced the appointments of Jonathan Sharrock and Mandy Duncan to their Board of Directors. Sharrock is currently Senior Account Director at Arcadis and Duncan is currently Managing Director, Rail and Aviation at Kier Infrastructure.

Currie & Brown

Have announced the appointment of Mike Bull as Director and Infrastructure Lead for England and Wales. Bull joins from Midlands Connect, where he was Strategy & Performance Director.

They have also announced the appointment of Katherine Chance as Chief People Officer. Chance joins having held the position on an interim basis since April this year.

Have appointed Steve Scott as Director for Advisory – Middle East and South Asia. Scott has held numerous advisory positions, having recently been the EMEA Regional Economic Lead, Future Communities & Market Lead, Built Environment at GHD.

Great British Energy – Nuclear

Have announced the appointment of Chris Goodwin as Executive Project Director. Goodwin joins from Lumeri, where he was Senior Managing Director.

AECOM

Have appointed Gareth Davies as Design & Build Director for the Water business. Davies joins from SYSTRA UK & Ireland, where he was Market Director – Water & Environment.

GBR Anglia

Have announced the appointment of Alice Shimali as Communications Director. Shimali was c2c’s Head of Communications.

CPC Project Services

Have announced the appointment of Andrew Robertson as Chief Executive of CPC Americas LLC, the company’s first business in the United States. Robertson brings more than 20 years in the global construction and commercial fit-out market. Steve Mole, Managing Partner, takes up the role of Chairman.
