Alongside our internal training modules, we encourage employees to attend external training courses that appeal to their interests and career goals. Celebrating our successes is something that we do well. We have monthly team social outings to top London restaurants and frequently try new activities. Previous outings include; Royal Ascot, the Crystal Maze, Go-Karting, F1 Arcade, Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting, Social Pottery and a particular favourite of the team, the London Shuffle Club.
At Newsom Consulting we know that working as a team will inspire far greater results than working in silos. All of our assignments are delivered as a team and results are dependent on every person within the organisation.
In addition to compensation based on personal performance, everyone in the organisation has an annual bonus which allows them to share in the rewards of the company performance. When we all work together to achieve certain company targets, the annual bonus is then multiplied.
