Our client, a leading Tier 1 contractor, is looking to appoint multiple Project Director to oversee multiple key £100m+ frameworks for National Grid in several locations across the South of England.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise project delivery across multiple sites, ensuring safety, financial, and sustainability goals are met.
• Inspire and lead project teams, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and engagement.
• Design and implement strategic initiatives that align with the company’s growth goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by consistently exceeding expectations.
• Oversee project managers, operational leads, and commercial teams to ensure streamlined and efficient operations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to advance business objectives, including work-winning and business development activities.

Skills & Experience:

• ‍‍Proven leadership experience in a project-focused environment, preferably within the energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong strategic and analytical abilities, with expertise in managing financial and operational performance.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• A track record of driving safety standards and promoting sustainability initiatives.
