Movers and Shakers from May

Egis

Have announced the appointment of Charlie Hodgson as CEO for the Europe-Africa region and join the Group Executive Committee. Hodgson will join from WSP, where he is Managing Director- Transport and Infrastructure.

He succeeds Matthew Loussier, who moves internally to the role of Group Head of M&A Integration.

 

WSP

Have announced the appointment of Darren Reed as Executive Managing Director for the Transport & Infrastructure business, he succeeds Charlie Hodgson. Reed moves internally from his position as Managing Director, Managing Director - Rail (and Israel).

 

West Midlands Combined Authority

Chief Executive Officer, Laura Shoaf CBE, has announced that she is leaving the company after 4 years. She will continue as Chair of Shadow Great British Railways. Shoaf’s successor has yet to be announced.

 

Southern Renewals Enterprise

Have appointed Edward Bunn as SID Commercial & Finance Director. Bunn joins from STRABAG, where he was Business Unit Commercial Director.

 

Amey

Colin Wood has been appointed as Group Executive Committee and Managing Director of its Consulting business. Wood joins from AECOM, where he was CEO AECOM Europe, UK/Ireland & India.

 

Travis Perkins

Have announced the appointment of Gavin Slark as Chief Executive. Slark joins from Grafton SIG, where he was also Group Executive. 

 

National Grid

Have announced the appointment of Zoe Yujnovich as the next Chief Executive Officer. Yujnovich will join from Shell, where she is currently Integrated Gas & Upstream Director.

 

Siemens Mobility

Have announced the appointment of Paul Baines as Director of Major Programmes. Baines has moved internally from his position as Sales Director.

Succeeding him in this role is Kate Blackford. Blackford also moves internally from her position as Head of Business Development – Customer Service.

 

Rider Levett Bucknall UK (RLB)

Have appointed Shirin Hashemi as Chief Financial Officer UK & Europe. Hashemi joins from Ankura, where she was Senior Managing Director – Finance VP. She also succeeds former Finance Director, Stuart Stables, who has announced he is retiring.

 

ChandlerKBS (to be Cumming Group)

Have appointed Sean Love as Regional Director. Love joins from Turner & Townsend, where he was Director.

 

Bechtel Corporation

Have appointed Sinan Al-Jawad as Project Director - Ontario Line Delivery Partner in Canada. Al-Jawad moves internally from his position as Project Director – Civil Works JV – Riyadh Metro Project.

 

East West Railway Company

Andrew Went has been appointed as Engineering, Technical and Safety Executive Director. Went joins from Arup, where he was UKIMEA Rail Business Leader & Global Director High Speed Rail.

Have announced the appointment of Rachael Parr as Group Human Resources Director. Parr joins from Electricity North West, where she was People & Corporate Services Director.

Have appointed Helen McAllister as PMO Director. McAllister joins from AWE, where she was Strategy Director.

Have announced the appointment of Ruth Bailey as Operations Director for the PPS business. Bailey moves internally from her position as Chief of Staff.

Tim Hockney has been appointed as Strategic Programme Director. Hockney.  joins from Arcadis, where he was Project Director.

Have appointed Bobby Brown as Partners – Energy & Water. Brown joins from Turner & Townsend, where he was Project Director.

Have announced the appointment Jennifer Beston as Concession Delivery Director. Beston joins from Network Rail, where she was Programme Director – Performance and Rail Reform (Southern Region).
