Leo Quinn, Chief Executive Officer, has announced that he is retiring after 10 years in the role. Quinn will be succeeded by Philip Hoare, current Chief Operating Officer at AtkinsRéalis, who will join the position in September.
Sir Andrew Haines, Chief Executive, has announced his retirement in October after seven years in the role. As Network Rail transitions under the remit of Great British Railways (GBR), his successor has yet to be named.
Have announced that Permanent Secretary, Dame Bernadette Kelly is stepping down from her position this summer. Kelly has been at the Department of Transport for c10 years, with roles including Director General, Rail Group.
Have announced the appointment of Martin Pibworth as Chief Executive following the retirement announcement of the current Chief Executive, Alistair Phillips-Davies. Pibworth moves internally from his position as Chief Operating Officer.

Donna Thorpe has been appointed as Interim Asset Director. Thorpe moves internally from her position as Human Resources Director.
Abu Siddeeq has been appointed as Interim Human Resources and Communications Director. Siddeeq moves internally from his position as Customer Experience Director.
Succeeding Siddeeq’s position as Customer Experience Director (as Interim) is Eleni Jordan. Jordan moves internally from her position as Commercial Director.
Have appointed Eddie Dempsey as General Secretary. Dempsey succeeds Mick Lynch.
Have announced the appointment of George Mosey as Operations Director. Mosey joins from Laing O’Rourke, where he is currently Head of Procurement.
Andy Bolas has been appointed as Defence Sector Director. Bolas moves internally from his position as Regional Director.
Have announced the appointment of Neil Humphrey as Chief Executive Officer. Humphrey moves internally from his position as PLC Director & Chief Operating Officer.
Have appointed Manish Gupta as Corporate Finance Director. Gupta joins from EY, where he was a Partner.
Have announced the appointment of Matthew Riley as Aviation Lead, North America. Riley joins from Engineers Without Boarders UK, where he was Chair of the Board of Trustees.
They have also announced the appointment of Jonathan Morris as Director. Morris joins from Ernst & Young, where he was Director- Sustainable Infrastructure.
Have appointed Mike Birch as Director of Mass Transit. Birch joins from Ramboll, where he was Divisional Director- Ground Engineering, Marine and Rail Services.
Have announced that TC Chew has moved internally from his position as Director, Global Rail Business into the position of Managing Director, APAC Region.
Alistair Geddes has been appointed as Rail Sector Director. Geddes joins from Balfour Beatty plc, where he was Operations Director in the rail sector.
Have announced the appointment of Susanna Zammataro as Chief Executive. Zammataro joins from the International Road Federation (IRF), where she was Director General. She succeeds Nelson Ogunshakin, who has stepped down after six years in the role.

Tim Coucher has been appointed as Head of Mobility, Americas. Coucher moves internally from his position as Operations Director.
Chief Executive Officer, Alan Dunsmore, is stepping down from the position as Chief Executive Officer after being in the role for 7 years. His successor has yet to be announced.
Have appointed Belen de Ugarte as Chief Project Officer. She joins from EDF, where she was Director New Nuclear.
Peter Millett has been appointed as Senior Director. Millett joins from Turner & Townsend, where he was Interim Director.
Have announced the appointment of Rob Evans as Group Executive, Infrastructure Delivery. Evans joins from John Holland, where he is Executive General Manager- Infrastructure.
